Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized leader to own and elevate our camp programming and weekly Sunday events. You will be the central force responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of our programs, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, community-focused environment and is committed to delivering meaningful, educational fun.
Key Responsibilities

Program Planning: Design and manage our camp calendar and Sunday event series, from initial budget and curriculum alignment to vendor coordination.

Operations & Execution: Serve as the on-site leader for all programs. Manage staffing, ensure safety, lead setup/cleanup, and troubleshoot any issues in real-time.

Guest Experience: Manage registration, marketing, and communications to families. Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Growth & Strategy: Track program KPIs (attendance, revenue) and explore new opportunities to grow our impact, partnerships, and enrollment.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in event, program, or camp management (education or outdoor sector is a plus).

Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects at once.

A strong leader, comfortable hiring, training, and motivating teams of staff and volunteers.

Experienced in developing and managing budgets.

A creative, hands-on problem-solver with a passion for guest service.

Flexible and willing to work weekends (especially Sundays) and occasional evenings.
