In my search for truly local, 100% organic produce, I came across Roberto from Tiny Farm. At the time, his operation was still young—but it was clear to me right away: this was a hidden gem. His old-school, hands-on farming methods, rooted in sustainable and biodynamic practices, were everything I had been looking for.
After spending a few weeks working alongside Roberto, I knew I had found something special—food grown with integrity, care, and deep respect for the land.
